We May Be Small... But We Think Big

SNP is a small web development company based out of Fernie, BC, Canada.

At SNP we believe in designing web pages so that they are easy to update and maintain. Businesses need to keep up the information on the web up to date if thier site is going to be an effective marketing tool. We do this through use of CSS, databases (MySQL) and using PHP. We also believe in the use of standards in web design. We design all our sites to conform with standards set out by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). This helps make our designs compatible with current versions of browser software and future versions as well.

When designing sites we use as much open source technology as possible. Open source software is software that anyone can use for free and can download the source code for free. It is designed by a community of developers making it some of the best, most secure software available. It also helps keep cost down, which we pass on to our customers.

Our Home

Fernie is located in the Canadian Rocky Mountains and is a huge tourist destination for skiers and snowboarders. Being located in the mountains and along the Elk River makes Fernie an excellent summer destination for mountain-biking, fishing, kayaking, etc. We feel very lucky to get to live and work here.
